One star is too many. VS does resurfacing of the TransCanada. June 29/23 they did a stretch through Strathmore from the Macdonald's intersection to the last intersection running east. I'm guessing there was 15 vehicles and 3 B-Trains waiting at the red light to pass through the intersection. I was 1/2 way through intersection before I realized we had a problem.
