I’ve been seeing Christine Volk for a few years now, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about her. She is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, and she has always made me feel heard and respected. This place is a joke....website says they are accepting new patients....make a request....get denied....told to call western psych.....why have people waste their time filling out all the paperwork to only deny their request. I guess I should have known something with only 5 reviews and a 4.2 rating...says alot. Dont waste your time. Find a better doctor
I think it’s pretty awful that a company who specializes in mental health can’t give you the decency to call and discuss treatment options when you’re looking for it. They would rather do everything online and say “sorry we can’t help call your pcp” and send a generic message, rather than call to let the client know. If it’s an insurance issue, then say that. In a field full of “people”, they sure don’t seem very personable.
I highly recommend Dr. David Volk. This is the first time going to the psychiatrist doesn’t cause me immense anxiety. Other people I know see Dr. Christine Volk and speak highly of her. Their office is cute and aesthetic and relaxing so you feel at ease right away. So thankful to have found them.
Christine has been simply wonderful to me. I wish her continued success doing what she does.
