I had to most wonderful experience here with Dr. Volk. The practice is warm, inviting and peaceful. He takes his time to listen and provides a genuine interest in your treatment. I absolutely love that they streamline and do everything electronically. I am so grateful to find this practice, and I am happy that I chose Dr. Volk. A++++++++ experience the entire way around from initial contact to easy electronic paperwork, warm inviting office and he took his time with me and I never felt rushed. Thank you, Dr. Volk!
Very frustrated that I took the time to fill out their intake paperwork, then got declined for an appointment with no explanation when it says they’re accepting new patients and they take my insurance. I even called and left a voicemail asking why I was declined, and they just didn’t call back. Not very professional. I had high hopes for this place due to a referral from a friend, but I’m extremely disappointed.
Dr. Volk has really been able to help me get things back on track in my life. With each appointment I know I’m seen and heard and that i’m genuinely being listened to. Highly recommend if you’re seeking psychiatric services
Dr. David Volk is awesome. I’ve moved around state to state over the last 10 years for school/work so I’ve had to see quite a few different psychiatrists. Dr. Volk is the best and it’s not even close. Some of these other reviews complain about communicating online but I love that part. Any time I’ve sent a message he has responded faster than expected.
I’ve been seeing Christine Volk for a few years now, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about her. She is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, and she has always made me feel heard and respected.
