Scheduling was easy. James answered my questions and kept in touch prior to arrival. Once onsite, he explained his process and went to work. He completed both cars in less than 6 hours. The vehicles look incredible. I'm very happy with the results and I highly recommend his services.
I have not been a customer of Volk, but I likely will be. Here's the story I was on the verge of buying a car that had a fairly sizable dent in the body and I had no idea the cost to repair. So it was an unforeseen opportunity and I didn't have adequate time to do my due diligence but I did send Volk a message at 12:00 midnight asking if they could look at the picture of the dent give me an estimate by early morning before my meeting with the cellar. I am absolutely pleased with the work that James did on my C300. I had backed into one of this cement planters in DC and scraped the heck out the back of my car and I wanted it repaired but not having to pay a full paycheck to get it fixed. I found Volk on Facebook and the communication was superb and the service was as well.
