James set me up with one of his technicians and their team took care of me. Had a small dent and scratches in my bedside quarter panel, and it was taken care of! Not 100% perfect, but satisfied with the results! UPDATE: James assisted me and we got to a resolution. Great customer service.
James did such a good job! You can’t even see the scrapes anymore, and it’s a pearly white paint finish, so that can’t be easy to cover. I don’t know how he did it, but I’m very happy and will call him again if I get into another skirmish with a parking garage pillar.

I appreciate honesty and upfront communication. On the first visit, James told me that the solution I was thinking is not gluttony work for me and I need a bit more higher end work which he’s going to have to schedule for later. The following week, the tech arrived and spent hours doing a multi step process to finish my cars to my satisfaction.
James did amazing work cleaning-up a scrape on my quarter panel! One can't tell there was ever any damage. And he touched-up and polished little places here and there on the rest of the car. I completely recommend his services!
