Dr. Volk has helped me with my health and care in immeasurable ways. She was with me through many health challenges as well as through my divorce. The absolute best Dr. and a wonderful person. I wanted to leave a review but more importantly, to thank her for excellent help, service, and care she has given me through the years. Thank you so much!
Usually have had good experiences but recently I have been having unexplained health issues and Dr.Volk basically told me it was “all in my head”. I definitely felt gaslighted and am considering switching to a different provider.

Had blood drawn in October 2017. Blood was never sent out to get tested even after speaking with both the doctor and nurse about it. Two weeks after finding out blood work was never ordered, someone else called from Dr. Volk's office to give me my book work results. When I questioned her about it I found out she was giving me results from 2013. It was simply cholesterol and vitamin levels but wouldn't it occur to someone that 4 year-old blood work is no longer relevant? Incompetence.
