I contacted the company about a quote for a new construction home. Lady on the phone was extremely rude and informed me they don't do quotes. I asked for a rough range then so we could plan accordingly, and she quickly snapped back to tell me they won't do new construction homes anymore. Despite working on a relative's new build home earlier that week. When I informed her of this, she got very upset, and I told her we will take our business elsewhere.
