I have been wearing their kits for two years since I started road cycling. The quality and fit is great as well as the comfort factor of their kits. I also appreciate the outlet store for everyday riding gear. I have also gotten some of their full custom kits through my local bike shop (Cycle Star Bicycles in Orcutt, Ca) and am really pleased with the kits. Thank you for all that you do for us!

Ordered a team Tri suit in June and after contacting them a couple of times they didn't know where my suite was. Kept blaming the USPS, never apologized or tried to make things right. I did 2 events that I wasn't able to represent my team due to their error. My suit was mailed to another teammate, 40 miles away from me. If it wasn't for my honest teammate that actually got in contact with them to report that he had received the suit by error, I would've never received it. My favorite Jersey that I admittedly wear far too often was in need of a new zipper. I was ready to take it to a tailor until I checked your website and it said the zipper was guaranteed for life! Wow, I definitely wore it out, but I sent it in and got my jersey back (with a new zipper) in record time. Thank you for the incredible service.
