Jay is very helpful in finding the best deal. I also feel that if you could find a better deal through another agent, he would be truthful in whether it was a good deal or not. He is also willing to make last minute changes without keeping you on the phone forever. Usually, just tell him what change you want, and he has it done within the hour (within reason), and will send a text to you.
