Awesome restaurant, food is amazing and fresh, staff is extremely welcoming, the cheesecake is banging! highly recommended
My husband and I dined at Volares in Rutherford and had an excellent experience. My husband is an Italian chef, so we’re pretty particular about Italian food, and everything here was superb. Every dish was flavorful and came out hot and fresh. We ordered the Caesar salad, which was amazing with great flavor, and the calamari, perfectly hot and crispy. The veal parm was excellent and beautifully crisp. Dessert was absolutely wonderful too. The cheesecake is a must. Highly recommend. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Excellent reception, very nice waiters, excellent, original Italian style food, care for small details such as tablecloth and cloth napkins. Highly recommanded.

So good! Try the gnocchi it was such a great. The cheesecake is to die for. Coming back for sure!
