Will drop you if you try to file a claim on your roof and won't follow the correct guidelines to a claim. Had 3 roofing companies come out and say they've never had an insurance company be as unprofessional as them with claims.
Had 2 claims for about $3000 and they cancelled my homeowners insurance. Spent 20 years with them. One small dead branch on the roof of the garage and a 3 by 3 piece of missing siding and they have a fit. Plus when they renewed my car insurance last month they charged me for a car I hadn't had In 3 months
