Everything was great. Appointment time was met and everyone was courteous and professional.
Wonderful bedside manner. Is sincerely empathetic and interested in listening to your medical issues, answering questions and with very knowledgeable answers. She does not rush patients in and out. I highly recommend Dr. LaRoux. Very impressed with the office staff too.
Courteous staff that asked questions, listened to my answers, listened to my questions and answered them. Provided care on a personal level, which is how it should be.
She was very thorough & listened well to my concerns & addressed each of them.
Usually I always feel supported and cared for, and I still do, by Dr. Vola's staff. On 11/17/25, I had the unfortunate experience of having an encounter with another staff member of one of the other Drs in the clinic. She was very rude, rolling her eyes, and sucking her teeth. How did she even get the job? I've NEVER met someone so rude in this hospital.
