fraud billed my 8 times this year requested a refund and they shut down wont answer phone calls or emails. I need reimbursement please respond
Scammed us out of hundreds of dollars after not cancelling our service and kept charging us. Said they would refund and never did. Horrible company!
terrible took my 2 year premium of 185 dollars and closed shortly after.
I was charged the renewal fee 185 dollars for 5 months in a row and still waiting someone to answer emails or phone calls to try to get my money back. Apparently they were doing it on purpose, not by mistake, because of their financial struggles
Canceled service many years ago, but got a $185 charge on my credit card in 2025 like many other former customers. No response from Voipo customer service, had to dispute a fraudulent charge with a CC customer service
