Omg, this is SUCH a nice salon!!! Just went there for the first time, and it was an amazing experience! I got offered tea, and it was such a nice welcoming atmosphere. Mavis did my hair, and she got it absolutely perfect, just the way I wanted it. The layers look amazing. I'll definitely be a returning customer :)
Such a lovely experience from start to finish. I went in for a haircut and blowout, and the staff were so professional, friendly, and welcoming. The salon is clean and inviting, and they really took the time to listen to what I wanted, which I appreciated so much as a first time client. I never felt pressured or upsold, just genuinely cared for, with helpful tips on how to maintain my hair at home. I left feeling so happy with the results and will absolutely be coming back
I went in for a trim for my bob haircut. I specifically said I wanted the back shorter than the sides, like an angled bob. Mavis said okay and started cutting the back, then mentioned adding some layers. But all she did was trim the very ends at the back. Then she blow-dried my hair. I couldn’t believe it. There was no layering, no texturizing. basically, she did nothing. She spent more time blow-drying than actually cutting. I was so stunned that I just left.
