While cheap, I waited sat and waited 1 hour for waxing, which I never ended up getting. Those who walked in after for nails were given priority. Management of the queue system must be improved, this really ruined my experience with them.
I walked in at 7:45pm to get a gel manicure with french tips and a pedicure with polish. Ivy greeted me and was so warm - she reassured me that they had enough time to do both of these services even though it was late in the evening. She quickly and neatly did my pedicure while Alena worked on my manicure. Alena did an amazing job, from picking my base colour to shaping my nails and painting the french tips. Great service and really nice pricing and nails. Although for some reason they made me pay before I got my nails done. But otherwise it was really nice.
Winter has been awful in Melbourne and I have had black or dark coloured nails for months. Literally looking at my nails gives me so much joy! These girls are fantastic and do EXACTLY what YOU want. Shape and length are very important and an expression of self. I have the medium length coffin Shape, which these guys do so perfectly. I needed a change and got nostalgic colours that make me happy.
