I I’ve been coming to Voila Lashes for about a year now, and I can’t recommend Tracy highly enough. She’s a fantastic lash tech — my lashes always look amazing, and she works quickly and efficiently without ever making it feel rushed. I love going to this place because it feels like meeting up with friends—people you can share your little secrets with while enjoying some relaxing "me time." The consultation about the waxing service I was interested in was excellent, and the procedure was quick and professionally done. The lashes I had done afterward looked beautiful, and the technician made the experience so relaxing. It was my very first set of lashes, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience

My experience at Voila Lash & Beauty Academy was not expected. I was a model for my friend who was doing a lash program. Our experience was not the greatest, the favouritism was obvious as she had another family member doing the lash program as well. My first impression of Tracey wasn't great and I was quite uncomfortable, and I am unsure as if the favouritism was because there was a family member or if it was because of my ethnicity. I had eyelash extensions done yesterday and I'm so happy with the service and look I got! Thank you!! Update: The Eyelashes lasted a week before they were all gone. The service was lovely - the place was great but a week is not long enough for eyelash extension to last.
