Extremely dissatisfied! I spent 180$ on my lashes which came off in less than a week. When i asked if they can do something about it they just brushed me off saying i have to book a refill. I am getting lashes done since 3 years from a different place but this never happened. Moreover their customer service is disastrous, you will call 10 times but still they won’t pick your phone .

Tried this place 3 times for lash extensions: First time, my tech was very sweet but she just wasn't paying attention to what I booked and gave me VERY fake looking hybrids, when I asked for a classic natural look. I'm pretty new to lashes so when she said "oops, I did the wrong kind, but are they okay??"... I gave them a quick look and was shocked but I didn't have time to stay and get them fixed so I just said they were fine and I went home.
