Facial was so refreshing and calming..... the knowledge and experience level from staff here is obvious .. so relaxing and satisfying...... also my haircuts with Faran are always on point perfect... again humble knowledge and experience abounds...always a great experience.... ..ty Voila hair and spa!
As someone who has curly and frizzy hair, it is extremely important that the person handling my hair be experienced with my hair type. Faran handled my hair with expertise and care and took up the time to explain to me why some things I had been trying on my own weren’t working and provided me alternatives that she personally uses. She had me leaving my walk-in feeling extra cute and confident and I am looking forward to my next visit :) So happy I decided to try a new salon today
I found by chance this cozy and nice Salon. I had felt like I was at my usually hairdresser in Italy: the girls were gentle, they explained me everything (even if I only needed to wash and style my hair), asked me the permission for every product they use and were very patiens with my english. If I stayed in Ottawa I surely came back. Good job girls! Nice to meet you and thanks for all. Letizia
