I had such a wonderful experience with Faranak last Thursday! From the moment I arrived, she was professional, attentive, and incredibly kind. She took the time to properly assess my hair and explain what she was doing throughout the appointment. I rarely share my reviews, but this one is truly worth it. I visited the salon and had the best experience since my arrival in Canada. From the receptionist Elena who was very kind to the hairstylist Faranak who was highly professional, attentive, patient, and a true artist. I would also like to thank Kayla, who gave me an incredible scalp massage during the shampoo. Thank you to the whole team; the service, the price, everything was beyond extraordinary see you very soon ❤️

Facial was so refreshing and calming..... the knowledge and experience level from staff here is obvious .. so relaxing and satisfying...... also my haircuts with Faran are always on point perfect... again humble knowledge and experience abounds...always a great experience.... ..ty Voila hair and spa!
