Same complaints as other Macy's customers. The item was deemed open and not sellable but how am I supposed to know if something works unless I open it? They sold me a speaker that didn't turn on or hold a charge and wouldn't give a refund. Terrible product, terrible policies, terrible customer service.

Shady scam artists. I returned a package bought by them through Macy's and they are denying my refund after I returned the product in store unopened saying it was opened and not selable. I didn't been get as far as taking the paper that 2as taped around the box off, it was SEALED and I never even laid eyes 9n the box due to the paper being wrapped and taped around it. So I paid $130 for a speaker that one of they're employees most likely stole and lied and said it was opened!!!

Hi truckers if u piking up or dilivring here then the easy way to get here from route 73 take river road exit from rt 73 ten turn right on derousse ave then go all the way end to the road uwill see the building No restrooms nothing around here u will see a bridge on top of ur right and water in front of u thats it
