Incomplete service. Professionals don't seem very experienced. They wanted to imposed what to do without providing clear explanation (like: "I decided and you pay"). Very poor communication to explain for "non-vet" people, and asking if I understand as if it was my problem. Confusing quote. Overpriced and very worried about charging, with some discriminatory behaviour/comments as if I wouldn't pay. I felt very disrespected there and my dog unsafe. I've been bringing my dog, David, to Vogue Vets for the past two years, and I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional care he receives. Dr. Natasha and her team are not only highly professional but also genuinely compassionate and their dedication has never once left me disappointed.
Highly recommend Dr. Sophie and Dr. Sarah . Very happy with the support and treatment of all my pets with them .
