I contacted the store to schedule an eye examination. The rep assured me I would receive a callback with the appointment details shortly. However, after an entire day without any communication, I called the following day and spoke with another representative who promised to call me within thirty minutes with the appointment details. Excellent knowledgeable service. Replaced prescription lenses. They made my frames like new again by skillfully repairing a couple of minor scratches on my frame. Vogue Recommended the new Optometrist Dr Lachini. He is also excellent.
Staff is very friendly. Waiting for glasses is another story. I have been waiting for my glasses for 2 weeks. Was told today that my sunglasses were done but my reading glasses will be a few more days even though the job was easier to do as I was told. The reason being is that the lab had to cut jobs . Not very good customer service by the lab considering I spent a good amount of money on my glasses
Excellent customer service, friendly staff. They were able to give me glasses the same day. Optician on site is courteous and professional. Shout out to A.J. for great service!
Our experience with Vogue Optical was excellent! A. J. took his time to make sure my wife and I were completely satisfied with our glasses. But I really miss the “personal touch “ that Leona and Glen had with their customers
