Vogue Optical saved the day! My son forgot his glasses in Calgary and is starting university in a few days, where seeing is mandatory and he doesn’t have a car. They took our prescription from Alberta, ran it through our health care, gave us a great deal and had them ready for us in ~2hrs. So kind and great service.
Came in looking for information and the lady at the front with blond hair was kinda rude and at that point I wasn’t really interested in looking around anymore. She didn’t offer to help either. However, the lady with short hair was so nice and did what she could.
Exceptional customer service!!! I am short-sighted and need my glasses for work , and the ladies working today (so sorry I didn't catch your names) went above-and-beyond to make sure I got a new pair ASAP after I broke the only ones I had. Thanks again!!!
Poor customer service. Lady with blonde straight hair didn't offer any assistance. I came in with a smile and a greeting but she didn't smile nor greeted back. Thinking maybe she was just tired cause it's a weekend but she was smiling and friendly when 4 other customers came in after me. She was just standing with crossed arms while I wait for someone to help me. Perhaps she only prefers to serve local Canadians. I don't deserve to be treated differently just because of my race. Will never recommend.
I stopped by the store looking for new glasses and found an awesome promotion! There were so many great options, and I just have to give a big thanks to Cayleigh — she went above and beyond. She was super helpful and really professional. Thanks again, Cayleigh! Keep up the amazing customer service!"
