Best experience for me. Went there to replace my Frame cz it was broken. She gave me a good conditioned frame for free and adjusted the lence into it from my broken frame.
The way the lady at the entrance looked at me, I felt I was already being judged and the tone of her voice and how she talk to me is not welcoming and helping but when a white person talks to her, her voice and looks changes.
Big thanks for the service I was served by Sheri Day I like the fact that even that I had a problem with my insurance at first we worked to find a solution oh yes also I have 2 years waranty wich is awesome thanks again and I will definitely come back for my next eye exam
Blonde Lady at the front desk today in the frames section was acting like she was doing me a favour, she had disgust all over her face immediately i started speaking with her, acting like I wasn't coming into this business to spend my money on the frames I wanted to get. Now this was either poor customer service or she was just being xenophobic because she didnt have same look while speaking to the next customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
