Wonderful service my son had a accident and broke his glasses couldn't leave the hospital they went out of their way to help. Thanks again for all you done.
First let me say - I've not needed glasses for 10 years due to Lasik correction - until now as the "40s eyes" are setting in at near 50. After having visited 4 locations in St Johns, and not really knowing exactly what I wanted (nor needed, prescription in hand), this location on Kenmount Road had THE absolute best staff and a bigger-than-expected selection of frames! Honestly at this point I'd give it 2.5 stars. It appears whenever I am there, I am rushed and YET I too am a client, with needs. I was rushed for my eye exam, I was rushed when I wanted to make an appointment, I was RUSHED THROUGH my appointment as there were other people waiting EVEN THOUGH I MADE AN APPOINTMENT WEEKS PRIOR and I am rushed always. I highly recommend this place. The customer service was great and they were amazing with my little one. They also had the best prices for toddler glasses in town.
