Called to book an eye exam, no answer. I also sent a request through their website to have someone contact me for an appointment and received nothing. The website says they will get back to me within 3 days and I have received nothing. I requested an appointment over a month ago and again a week ago .. why have the option if the staff isn't going to pay attention to the requests.

Excellent experience with both Dr. Larocque and the staff at Vogue took great care of me for my frames and fitting.
As I have stated with the Miramichi location, I find it very unfortunate that you do not even have one evening of extended hours in your hours of service for those unfortunate people who have to work to pay our bills. Like seriously, opening up on a Saturday or stay open until 9 pm 1 or 2 nights a week would be a more Customer Service oriented business in my opinion. And I would drive 1 HR to get to your locations either way too.
