Vogue is such a difficult business to deal with. Their service is awful. The only bright spot was Rebecca who was professional and very knowledgeable. She’s a gem. If it hadn’t been for her I’d have switched stores long ago.

I had a wonderful experience picking out new frames there with their buy one get one free promo they have going on right now. The associates were so helpful and very kind and experienced in helping with frame recommendations. I will definitely go back 🙂↕️
