Alicia was fabulous! Very helpful with my Dad. Patient, knowledgeable, good sense of humor. We appreciated her service initially when we came in to choose glasses and upon pick up.
The optometrist missed the pupil distance, I went to the shop again and asked, they said that they are not responsible for measuring pupil distance, when you need to go to the shop to get glasses, the optician is responsible for measuring. A bad optometry experience, never to be repeated.
The technicians, Elaine & Mahaila were great today. They were very professional & patient. There were lots of customers coming in the store for many different reason’s. They were both most helpful & went above & beyond. Thank you so much.
Elaine saved the day ♡ I get overwhelmed with all the different options and styles and she quickly came over to greet me. She got a sense of what shape/style and colors i was looking for and while i continued to search for a few moments, She came back with over 7 perfect pairs of frames in under 10 minutes. Elaine made me feel super at ease and she really made the experience enjoyable as i tried each pair on.
