My son's glasses had a lens pop out. I called explaining our situation and Emma had my son's glasses fixed by the end of the day! Thank you Vogue!!
It’s obvious the staff are not working for commission. The ones I dealt with were indifferent on helping me find a pair of glasses. At one point they all congregated in the back to chat, leaving me alone on the sales floor. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Stopped in as i needed a repair to my sunglasses. Staff were friendly and immediately assisted. I was so pleased at the professionalism and outstanding customer service that is so hard to come by sometimes. THANK YOU Kristi for taking the time and meticulously repairing my glasses. Definitely recommend VOGUE OPTICAL Summerside for their exceptional customer service and excellent variety in their selection of eyewear! I will definitely return when I am in the area.
I needed a minor repair on my glasses. Checked the website. Supposed to be open until 4pm on Saturday. Also tried phoning to be sure but the voice message just said that everyone was busy. Wasted $25 on a cab to find out they weren't open. Keep your information current!!
