Recently my glasses frame broke. Because I had purchased my them at Costco before I moved here, I went over to Moncton to get new ones, but my prescription expired 2 weeks prior and they don't have a lab to repair. My next eye appointment isn't until December. The Optical employee recommend Vogue Optical, so I went to the location in Summerside. My son's glasses had a lens pop out. I called explaining our situation and Emma had my son's glasses fixed by the end of the day! Thank you Vogue!!
It’s obvious the staff are not working for commission. The ones I dealt with were indifferent on helping me find a pair of glasses. At one point they all congregated in the back to chat, leaving me alone on the sales floor. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
