It’s only now only 9 months later after one of the most traumatic experiences of my life with this place. After being a customer a few times with my 4 year old son who suffered from a few eye problems at the time. The staff at the corner Brook vouge optical put in the wrong prescription in my child’s glasses. Not only did they write in the prescription wrong but did not check the prescription before giving them to us (which the manager admitted was policy). Love my glasses
Good customer service. Staff is friendly and there to help you if you need it.
Got my glasses from them and they were fine but customer service could have been better and welcoming. I was in the store near the counter and no one came to greet or came to ask if I needed any help. While I was waiting for someone to help me, a person walks through the main door and gets immediate attention and assistance. It takes one second to scan the room and to tell if anyone needs help.
