Amazing experience! Naida was so kind and helpful from the moment I stepped into the show room to the moment I left! She pulled frames from the back that met my exact specifications, we had two pairs of frames picked out with in 5 minutes! She even called my optometrist to get a copy of my prescription after I forgot to bring it… She explained every step of my coverage and the deals Vogue Optical was offering. AMAZING customer service, a huge reason why I always go to Vogue. Thank you Naida :)
Still spent a lot of money on my glasses did of course get 2 for 1. Seriously angry I dropped Longchamp glasses off to be repaired in a beautiful brown leather Longchamp case and they decide to give me back a crap case. How do you lose/steal people’s cases??? Still angry about it!! Be careful if you love the case your glasses came in they don’t bother to consider that yours.
Excellent service and super deal $ ! Friendly staff and top product knowledge . Thanks to everyone for setting me up with my Eyewear. I will be back and recommend this location to anyone who is looking for exam and or glasses !
I didn't get my eye exam done here, but I did end up coming to this vogue optical rather than my local one and I'm glad I did. The staff is amazing, super nice and professional and there are way more options to choose from for frames. Will be coming here again.
