Dr Rideout is very professional while being very friendly and thorough. I would highly recommend seeing him.
This is our second time ordering glasses from the Newfoundland Drive location of Vogue Optical and we were just as pleased as the first time! My partner and I worked with Kelsey and Eric who are two great people with great senses of humor and offer actual advice when trying on frames. My partner was very happy because Kelsey managed to find him his old frames from two years ago at another location and ordered them to their showroom. If I could give this store a 0/5 I would. My daughter (who has a stutter) went in yesterday to get her frame fixed and there was a man who made fun of her in the back and gave her a replacement arm that was too big (she has a kids frame) and sent me to another store without calling them. I think if you send me to another store you would call to make sure, but I had to do it myself so I wasn’t waisting time. he was very rude and unprofessional. I had an amazing experience at Vogue Optical on Newfoundland Drive yesterday. First of all, I was extremely pleased and impressed with the very thorough exam given by Dr. Shaun Rideout. Dr. Rideout is not only skilled at what he does but he has a wonderful personality - friendly, easy to talk to, etc, etc. His receptionist/technician was very nice also.
