Waited six weeks for an appointment and confirmed they took our insurance. Took time off work to do this. Arrived on time to be told they were having problems with their system so we would have to pay out of pocket $180 for the exams plus $400 or so to get our glasses. As that wasn’t feasible we were told we could reschedule for another month out. Oddly enough, waiting another month to possibly have the same thing happen wasn’t something we wanted to do. I guess somewhere else will get our business.
I’ve been going to Vogue on Newfoundland Dr. for years and always had exceptional customer service.
Even on a busy Friday, Nicole was able to repair my glasses in no time at all. Excellent customer service.
I don't normally do revisions, for good, or bad experiences. But I feel the need today because of what I witnessed while shopping for glasses with my girl friend. I personally was not looking for glasses myself, I was just there to provide an opinion. While I was there, there were 2 ladies waiting to be served as well. They had made several passive aggressive comments about lack for professionalism from staff, because they had to wait. My sister and I were at your optical today, April 6, 2026, to ask if our elderly mother's glasses could be repaired. She bought the glasses from your optical. We are both visiting her from out of province. We were very surprised that no one was at the desk to see how they could assist us. Or that no one acknowledged us in any way.
