Had an eye exam done December 13th 2025, went straight to vogue optical to pick out glasses, paid for them in full and had them ordered that same day. I was told that day it would be 2 weeks due to upcoming holidays. Perfectly understandable . Here it is, over a month , and I’ve been told 3 different times when my glasses would be ready for pick up. I went to get new nose pads for my glasses. They not only put them on but cleaned them as well.....no charge....great service! Thank you
New lady their that is stuck up, and made me feel like a 3rd class shopper...telling me what i can and cannot have...I bet if I was rich she would run to me...the rest the staff is great...not this new lady...prices are way too high...cheaper on line...
My daughter went there for contact lenses. Melissa took the time to show her how during a few sessions. She gave her many tricks and was extremely patient with her. Excellent service!
