Just had my first experience with Vogue Optical. I am impressed they could sort out an issue for me that I couldn't deal with in Toronto before moving home! This has to be the worst customer service facility that I have ever come in contact with. I phoned from home multiple times and got no answer and the mail box was full. I thought that maybe they are closed. I had to go to the grocery store so I decided to drive by and to my surprise they were open. I sat in my car on the side of the street and decided to call again. The team at vogue optical are so friendly!!! We were on a trip to deer lake and my mother in law’s lenses popped out. We called optical stores to see who might have extra screws and vogue optical was incredibly helpful during our mishap. If I needed eyeglasses, I would not hesitate to come and get them here. Excellent service…thank you!!
