Couldn't answer simple payment questions over the phone, and the last time I went I had issues getting insurance questions answered, just uncaring, unfriendly front desk people, go anywhere else
I am looking for a GOOD place to start getting my glasses. The mixed reviews on this website make me nervous but I think I will give them a try. I am after crizal coating on my lenses. For some reason it is very hard to get in NL and I have had various problems with my glasses at other places. I am hoping for some place that will offer a seamless experience and I end up with glasses that I will love.
Fantastic service. The lady who helped me was extremely patient while I picked out my frames. She suggested multiple frames that might look good for my face shape. I'm excited to get my new glasses !
The receptionist and the eye doctor I went to had virtually no time to explain anything. It was made abundantly clear that they wanted me to quickly leave the appointment to make room for their next patient. And you're gonna talk about ordering contacts but then don't follow up on the same?? Awful awful patient care. With people that don't want to be there and are not eager to help. Maybe the staff need a lesson in not pushing away patients and getting them out as fast as possible.
First time customers today - fantastic service, a great variety of frames, and prices are certainly comparable to other places we’ve shopped in the past.
