What a disaster place to get glasses, told no more than 3 weeks a month later still nothing. Just called told " lenses were wrong and had to be made up again" cmon.update still no glasses almost 6 weeks

We have Greenfield coverage we were told the progressive lenses Were $320 each so my eyeglasses would cost nearly $1000 not the people I want to deal with either the woman was very rude I will never darken their store with my shadow again

Had an appt booked for my husband who is near blind. He cannot drive himself so I had to book the day off work to take him. They called and said they need to rebook for another date instead. I had to work the date the replacement date they provided. Once advised that would not work for us as I need to schedule my days off 3-4 weeks in advance, the person on the phone had ZERO compassion or understanding. Very blunt and matter of fact. The man in the store said “hello ladies” to my husband and myself and did not correct himself and then proceeded to ignore us. Wont be back

Excellent service. Shout out to Tara who helped pick out my new frames. Very knowledgeable on what frames suited and fit my face. Was very helpful and friendly.
