I had an excellent experience here today. All of the staff in both the optometrist's office and the retail eye glasses section were very kind and helpful. Dr. Shore was awesome. He was extremely professional, efficient, and thorough. I highly recommend this location.

Worst Vogue Optical I've EVER been to. Brought my glasses in to have the lenses replaced because of years of scratches. Handed them my frames, they took them and told me it'd be about a week to pick up. Fine, no problems there. Fast forward a week later and I get a call telling me they ordered the wrong size lenses and it'd be another week or so since they'll need to reorder the lenses. Fine, annoyed at the delay, but fine.
