I call to book an appointment after my lasik surgery and lady on the phone gave me appointment on June 11th and when I went to the clinic, receptionist said I don’t have any appointment. Instead of saying sorry she said I didn’t call to the clinic to book an appointment. If you people don’t waste your time please don’t go there.
The woman who originally served me during the week was excellent, unfortunately it was downhill from there. They called to say our glasses were ready but when we arrived on Saturday they couldnt find them. After ten minutes of looking, the woman serving us said, "are you sure we called you?" implying that we were mistaken rather than it was she who was incompetent. have no long distance plan, bit the bullet and called to make an appointment for an eye exam, called the number on the web site, SORRY you have to call a different number to book an appointment. THAN WHY NOT HAVE THAT NUMBER ON YOUR WEB SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!
the people at vogue are excellent at what they do, nothing but good to say. I would not go anywhere else.
