Edit- head office called to hear the story. Treated me with compassion and care and listened to everytging without making me feel guilty. They offered to help me pick a frame that is better suited to my prescription to avoid the blurring and to not thin the lenses as much (rebating the cost of the additional thinning). I have numerous reasons for this review. One being i asked for my prescription, I was sent my old one. I wanted to order a set of glasses, and changed my mind the next day so called to cancel them. Get a call weeks later that they didn't cancel the order, and the glasses are there. Here's to hoping the insurance I need for a pair hasn't been billed too
