This is my first experience with getting prescription glasses. The first sales associate ordered the frames I was interested in… so when I return the frames were in store, she remembered my name, I wish I could return the respect… but names are my downfall. The next woman was amazing Kyera… was super friendly, supportive and accommodating there was no pressure a very comfortable experience. I would definitely return to get my next set of glasses. We had an amazing experience with Vogue! I took my son (2.5 years old) in. He was cranky so we picked some glasses quickly and then left. Unfortunately the pair we ordered, the lens kept coming out. So we took them back, and they were amazing to work with. They were so nice to us and helped us out so much! My son actually asks if we can go in now just randomly hahaha. Amazing service, lovely people! We had Dylan and the store manager (her name is slipping my mind, but she was amazing!)
We almost didn't go here because of several bad reviews and unfortunately people with good experiences don't always remember, or take the time, to leave a good review. My wife and I had a great experience here! Dylan was super helpful and you just can't beat the price. My wife purchased a pair of progressive glasses and progressive sunglasses for the same total price that a friend just paid for one pair of progressives at a competitor. Felt very disrespected today, I came in to get my brand new glasses adjusted. The sales associate, said she didn’t recognize the brand, couldn’t read the designer on the inside, she wouldn’t believe me, that I got them at Vogue, 2 weeks ago. I was told the adjustment would be at my own risk..left with glasses I will never wear.
