The pedicure was fine. The manicure was the WORST i have ever had the displeasure of sitting through. I went in and asked for a Gel Manicure - they instead chose to use powder. The woman who did it made such a mess on my hands, and never bothered to actually do more than a token clean of it. To the point whatever I touched was actually stained in the color of the powder. Went to Vogue Nail today and had Vincent for the first time to do a dip service on my nails. I’m in love I’m a natural nail looking kinda girlie and he definitely understood the assignment! Thank you Vincent! I love my nails! 5

I went last week and got the worst service I’ve ever had. I would give 0 starts if I could. I got a gel mani and Andy actually did my nails since they were busy. He did the sloppiest job I’ve ever seen. Prep was non existent, gel paint all around the nails on skin, and I was even bleeding from my left thumb. My nails chipped within 2 hours of getting the gel mani. I called the next day and talked to Andy who was very disrespectful and arguing with me. I will never be back.

Andy does a great job with his staff and customers (always feeling welcome every time I come in). Julie does an outstanding service to my pedicure needs. This is why I am a repeat customer! My wife is also a customer with Julie for manicures and pedicures.
