Went to Vogue Nail today and had Vincent for the first time to do a dip service on my nails. I’m in love I’m a natural nail looking kinda girlie and he definitely understood the assignment! Thank you Vincent! I love my nails! 5

I went last week and got the worst service I’ve ever had. I would give 0 starts if I could. I got a gel mani and Andy actually did my nails since they were busy. He did the sloppiest job I’ve ever seen. Prep was non existent, gel paint all around the nails on skin, and I was even bleeding from my left thumb. My nails chipped within 2 hours of getting the gel mani. I called the next day and talked to Andy who was very disrespectful and arguing with me. I will never be back.

Andy does a great job with his staff and customers (always feeling welcome every time I come in). Julie does an outstanding service to my pedicure needs. This is why I am a repeat customer! My wife is also a customer with Julie for manicures and pedicures.

Vogue Nail Salon is absolutely the best! I’ve been getting my nails done there for over 5 years! I’ve tried every nail salon in Anna and i came back to Vogue every time! Tony and his team do an amazing job and most importantly they care about their customers! Keep up the great work Vogue, we appreciate you!!

*** Update*** I just called to speak to the manager about my daughter’s experience and was interrupted repeatedly and told, “are you done talking so I can talk?” I was also dismissed and told I had no reason to discuss her experience and that I was saying “bad things when bad things did not happen.” That is completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
