Worst service from the owner. My sister showed a picture and specifically said she wanted it to be like the picture multiple times, the owner himself did her nails. He never told her that he was doing something different from the picture and waited until after to tell her that he didn't do it like the picture because she mentioned "French tip" not "american French" and she wasn't satisfied with what he did. Went to this place to have my face waxed (I have PCOS), the lady waxed my face and then plucked at my skin so aggressively that she gave me a gash on my chin. She also kept insulting me the whole time and at the end I walked out with a small wound on my chin and a horrible rash across 75% of my face that has not gone away (I'm posting this 3 days after the experience).I also was left with a ton of missed hairs. Will never go back, and will never recommend this place to anyone
Le is absolutely the best! She gives the most relaxing massages and her nail work is always a perfect 10/10. I’ve been going to her for 5 years and I’m so glad she’s now at Vogue Nail Salon in Anna—so much closer for me! I first met her at another salon in McKinney and have followed her ever since because her service is unmatched. She’s friendly, attentive, and always makes my pedicures look beautiful. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for amazing nails and the best massage!
I recently went to this salon with my friend, and it was one of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt uncomfortable. I explained to the man at the front that I had toe surgery and couldn’t get a pedicure, but I did want a leg massage. Instead of simply accommodating, he kept pressuring me to get a service I clearly said I could not do.
