The new manager is highly unprofessional and treats tenants as if they know nothing. This place has been in decline for quite a while now. They send warnings to people who have forgotten to trim their rose bush but have no problem with other people literally running a mechanic/sales business selling cars and parking them all in front of the mobile home which then impede vision in to the street.
