Had a great experience the coach/ personal trainer Simon was amazing. He asked me what my goal was and was very patient. Based on my end goal he provided me with a personalized meal plan and i was able to change my lifestyle. Lost 67 lbs under his instructions. Dont sleep on this place highly recommend
