I had an amazing European facial with Val, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She is incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable about skincare. Val took the time to understand my skin’s needs and explained every step of the treatment, which made me feel comfortable and cared for. My skin looked fresh, glowing, and deeply cleansed afterwards. I highly recommend booking a facial with Val if you want both relaxation and real results!

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a beauty salon. The service was unprofessional, the staff was rude, and the overall atmosphere was chaotic and disorganized. I have never been treated with such disregard as a customer. They clearly lack basic training and customer care standards. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Truly the worst salon I’ve ever been to.

I had a very good experience with brazilian waxing. The whole procedure was excellent, I was sure that the result would be perfect, and that’s exactly what I got! She was gentle and before the procedure she checked if I can do that because I’m pregnant and she didn’t want something to happen with me or my baby. Definitely I will back to Inna, maybe next time I will try to do eyebrows with her.
