Shocking service. Do not return anything that is defective. They will verbally attack you. I was shocked and embarrassed by the treatment I received from the owner and the young blonde haired shop assistant. I have numerous pictures of the mirror that showed the damage to it. I paid $225 for a black slim line floor mirror. I initially returned it after I saw there was black paint missing down the inside of the mirror, exposing the white primer underneath. Love this store I always find something different and exciting every time I go in, which is usually quite often. 🤪 The service from the sales team is always on point they remember who you’re and offer to help with getting item’s I’ve purchased to my car. As I don’t ever have enough hands
I have bought several items from this store. Recently, I just bought my last. Limited exchange policy, only 7 days. I wanted to exchange item for another item as the product I purchased didn’t fit my home. The sales staff very abrupt and sympathetic. They do not care about your situation and doesn’t make you feel like you want to shop there again. This is my last time ever shopping at this store.
I came into the store today after an awful 8 weeks of family sickness Thought I would treat my house to a few little new trinkets The lady staff was so rude and pushy and when I questioned a price on a Sale item as the price tags are not all clear she banged her hand on the desk with sheer annoyance I will never walk inside this shop again I have purchased a few special things and never before have I ever been treated like this Well I’ve never experienced staff in this store like this Such a Shame This lady has no idea what’... read more
