I had a really nice experience at Vogue Homewares. The staff were so welcoming and genuinely helpful, which made the visit feel really comfortable. They also have a huge range of candles and diffusers to choose from, with so many different scents. Overall, such a lovely store with great customer service! Highly recommend this storeÂ
The rudest customer service youâll ever come across, avoid at all costs! There are many stores with similar(or better) products in the area with staff that will treat you with basic decency.Â
I had a very upsetting experience at Vogue Homewares and will not be returning. While browsing the store, I picked up a candle I liked and continued walking around. I then noticed some canvas and homeware items that caught my attention, so I put the candle down on a table to look at them. I ended up deciding to purchase one of the homeware items and took it to the front counter to pay, completely forgetting that I had left the candle behind.
