Shocking service. Do not return anything that is defective. They will verbally attack you. I was shocked and embarrassed by the treatment I received from the owner and the young blonde haired shop assistant. I have numerous pictures of the mirror that showed the damage to it. I paid $225 for a black slim line floor mirror. I initially returned it after I saw there was black paint missing down the inside of the mirror, exposing the white primer underneath. Love this store I always find something different and exciting every time I go in, which is usually quite often. đ€Ș The service from the sales team is always on point they remember who youâre and offer to help with getting itemâs Iâve purchased to my car. As I donât ever have enough hands Â
I have bought several items from this store. Recently, I just bought my last. Limited exchange policy, only 7 days. I wanted to exchange item for another item as the product I purchased didnât fit my home. The sales staff very abrupt and sympathetic. They do not care about your situation and doesnât make you feel like you want to shop there again. This is my last time ever shopping at this store.Â
