Just watched the Asian cashier lady snatch stickers out of the hands of children who were browsing and asking their parents to buy, making one of them cry…….
Worst customer service. I confirmed the pricing for the tea box in with the staff as their were two pricing on the box $49.99 and 39.99. The staff/cashier confirmed it was $39.99. However, by the time I was about to pay he told me the price is $49.99. I told I ddnt want the item so I paid for the other decor I got and was not provided with any cover/box. The cashier wanted me to buy a gift bag . I was unhappy as the decor should be sold in a way it doesn’t break. It should be provided by the seller. Never returning again!

Worst of the worst customer service and false advertising regarding the exchange and return policy. The receipt clearly says can exchange and refund however the Asian lady said, 'doesn't matter what it says', also very rude. I would advise customers to avoid this shop, they are not worth our money and hopefully they can get closed soon.
