took a $600 sweatshirt, came back with more spots on it than before i brought it in. didn’t smell any different or clean. and also took an extra week and wasn’t aware until i called. not a heads up or anything. pretty disappointed. i would’ve saved my money and washed it at home instead of getting more spots on it and taking out the color
