Everything you say and do is reported to management. Staff member reporting to CFO is condescending, she has a complex and denigrates people. Clients play games all the time and expect you to pick up the pieces of their mistakes. Some general hostility and unprofessional behavior even from the top in terms of language and conduct. Many, many double standards and politically charged environment.
Online hiring portal sucks. "Create a Yahoo email account if you don't have email!". Go to retrieve login info from previous application and it errors out, saying it can't send email to Yahoo. I wonder why we can't get good talent?
