After speaking with two other builders, we stopped at the Vogt Building Construction office to ask some questions. We had a great conversation with Jared, asked him several questions, and received answers for all the questions with no sales pressure. Purchased a small 1200 Sq foot house from Vogt Building in 2023 after getting some prices for RTMs and on site builds. I had seen other builds around town by Vogt and was impressed with their quality and speed. Turned out they were a fantastic group to work with. Great communication, responsive to questions/concerns and the house is great quality. I asked for some modifications in one of their designs and the new plans were done quickly and cheaply. Just did my roof on my 20 year old home from volt construction. No water and ice paper! NO FRICKEN TAR PAPER! the front of the house has always had a number of different shade of green shingles in it. We figured it was to silly to complain about those but no tar paper really cheeses me off. Where the blue prints indicated electrical outlet they didn't put any .... Buyer beware
