If I could leave zero stars, I would. Zero accountability from them on issues. Faulty HRV, nothing done. Exterior siding falling off in multiple areas on our home and the neighbors, nothing done. Stairs not built to code( they had 10 1/2" step and 7 1/2" step on the same run), electrical issues, dead pot lights in under a year, deck not built properly, didn't finish final grade despite being in the possession contract, installed weather stripping incorrectly causing moisture damage to doors and baseboards. Vogt built our home in 2022 so we have lived in our home for 4 years now. With no issues with anything in the house. Very well built by a professional system of subcontractors. Vogt worked with us on all aspects of the build. Very happy with our new Home. Great company Thank you Vogt

Poor driving by the driver in the company truck, doing twenty over, cutting people off unnecessarily (twice that I witnessed). When you drive a company vehicle you represent the company and this left a bad taste in my mouth.
