Didn't return calls for a tow
Small locally owned company and the owner was great. Very personable, genuine, and helpful. Kindness can go a long way. He did his job quickly when the State police called him for an accident tow; despite the fact I had wanted a AAA company (which Vogel's is not and was nothing against Vogel's.) He was easy to work with to pickup our vehicle from his lot as well.
Did a great job recommend him highly very professional and knowledgeable
