Grant and Pablo created some magic in our very old and tired building - updating our lobby and basement entrance areas. High quality work with a really good eye to detail. Grant presented different options and really listened to any concerns, resulting in great plan. We're already planning our next projects together.

Gold Coast Building Maintenance Be careful with this business. The were called out to fix a leaking roof at my apartment. While I was off site the cowboy cut out a huge hole in my celling and flooded my dining area. They refused to repair the hole the made inside and told me to claim it on insurance. Strongly suggest you don't engage this business.
