I used Vogel Law in Moorhead, thinking I was getting a good defense attorney, instead I ended up with the most incompetent DWI defense attorney I have ever dealt with, He had no knowledge on how to defend against a dwi, was afraid to bring up issues on the intoxilyzer 5000en breath testing machine, never challenged the evidence, unknowledgeable on finding any experts, ( I had to find the expert and did more research on a defense for a dwi then he did,) I really don't know what he did, except take my money, as a former prosec... read more
