Two property sales supported by Voeuk: avoid, would not recommend. 1. Firm did not provide bank with required lead time for settlement, (sent after 5pm on a Wednesday for a Friday settlement, the bank specifically stated to Catherine, they required 10 days, easier to cancel as well).
