I went to there 5days ago and the technician for mammogram gram was nice but tech for ultra sound was not at all great, she was not soft spoken and when she end up with ultrasound, she asked me “it’s done, you can go”but she left tons of gel on me, no paper or towel to clean.I requested her to provide me something to clean and she end up giving one piece of tissue. I recently had a mammogram and was disappointed with my experience. The technician came across as rude and impatient, which made an already uncomfortable and stressful procedure harder than it needed to be. I understand clinics can be busy, but kindness and professionalism make a big difference during exams like this.
Horrible experience ….. They refused my son finger X-ray at 5:30…. How can they say they are open till 8pm ….
X-Ray Asian technician very rude and aggresive!!! Zero customer service. Work on your attitude and might as well quit your job, otherwise fix your attitude. Bottom line if you don't like your job don't take it out on patients, they don't need more ache & suffering having to deal with your rude attiude and disrespect whether they are seniors, adult or teens. In Canada everyone is treated with respect. And anyone who wants to work in the healthcare field should be polite, patient, caring, and respectful. Today is Monday Jan 19... read more
Did not provide me the portal access code for imaging. Now the specialist has nothing to read. I gotta rebook my appointment with the surgeon and wait another 5 months. Thank you vodden x ray. If patients asks for the access code. Please provide it
