Excellent service.
Rude front desk staff, need training in customer service on how to handle bookings and talk to patients with empathy. They are just a scan center but attitude is like they run a hospital. Very rude stay from this center.
I went there for an ultra sound and the technician was not at all great. She is an elderly woman in a hijab and she was not clean at all. The towel she used was disgustingly unclean and she left tons of gel on me and gave no paper or towel to clean up. Most places provide paper towels to clean the gel off after the ultrasound but she didn’t bother. I went back home all wet with that gel on me.
