I would not recommend this centre. I am waiting for management to call me back, hopefully my message for a call back will be passed on. I’ve attended twice now and on the first occasion I thought the staff member was having a bad day and I honestly let it go. Coming in for tests is already difficult enough—we show up with referrals, often anxious or uncomfortable—and the last thing anyone should experience is to feel dismissed or belittled. It’s simply not acceptable.
The staff are friendly, helpful and very professional. I had a very positive experience.
I am so impressed how the staff execute their job well done. From the welcoming approach of the receptionist who accommodate me for an x-ray and ultrasound exam. The X-ray Tech who is a Filipino and the Ultrasound Tech from Pakistan were both knowledgeable and very compassionate to what they were doing . They were really an asset to the company they are working with. God bless you all.
I had a very good experience with Nadia. She is a good example of time management. Thanks to her, I was able to reach my doctor’s appointment on time.
Went for anatomy & gender ultrasound, Tech & front desk gave me an unpleasant experience which led to me leaving stressed out. will not be back to this location and would not recommend.
