If I could choose zero stars I would. I had an ultrasound with a technician and apparently when a patient says STOP, they don’t care. Initially I went in for an external ultrasound but the technician said she “couldn’t see anything” and said she “needed” to go in. I was advised by my family doctor that I didn’t have to do it prior to the scheduled appointment. So I said, I’m not really comfortable with that. The technician insisted and I felt pressured. I have taken few xrays from them few months back. I needed access to my Xray images so I contacted them over phone and they said they can provide me a copy or access to them if I visit the clinic for FREE of cost. When I reached the clinic and requested them for access for my XRAYS the receptionist said I have to pay $10 in cash or interac and no receipt was given for the same. I don't have a health card and I already paid for the xrays thru interac. I simply don't understand why I need to pay them to just view my xrays imag... read more
Wait was long but the tech Arpan was great. Down to earth and made me super comfortable. Highly recommend come when he's in.
