The Voda crew seemed truly focused upon doing a thorough restoration job and asked me multiple times if I was pleased with their progress and work. At the final meeting and pay-off the crew chief reviewed the work that they had done and also did a number of additional services at no charge. We just moved into a townhome and felt the carpets were not the best… but Fozzy (Faustino) is THE BEST. Kept in constant communication, was very informative and even helped me with a killer deal! Plus the carpets are SO CLEAN and look new again!
Gave one quote on the phone and completely different in person. I understand if it varied a little but it wasn’t even close.
They did an amazing job getting a cat urine smell out of the carpet of an apartment I’m just moving in to. They were punctual and very friendly. They left the carpet smelling and looking amazing. Would definitely recommend and give them my business again.
